To extract the gel, take an Aloe leaf and wash it well, then remove the spikes and cut the leaf in half. Squeeze the gel out in a bowl and save it, the follow these steps:
- 3-4 lemons
- 100 ml. of Aloe Vera gel
- 300 ml. of honey
- 500 gr. of crushed nuts
