- 5 to 7 potatoes
- 2 egg whites
- some salt to taste
- some sweet paprika (to taste)
- some ground black pepper (to taste)
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Beat the egg whites until they become foamy and add all the seasonings on them. Stir everything well. Put the potatoes in a baking tray and add the mixture over them. Preheat your oven to 200 – 220°C. When it reaches the temperature, put the potatoes inside. Bake them for about 7 to 10 minutes. Make sure they become golden on the surface.
